Lucy has worked as a journalist, producer and communications consultant for more than fifteen years. She was one of a small team who set up Al Jazeera English and has worked for BBC, Channel 4, Al Arabiya, the UN and NGOs both internationally and in the UK.

She has considerable field experience researching, implementing and managing complex media and communications projects and workshops around the world.

Stefan is a filmmaker and consultant psychiatrist. Alongside his medical career, he has worked on numerous cinema documentaries and feature films as an assistant director, sound recordist and editor. He has filmed around the world, has a strong visual sense and is a stickler for detail. Until recently he ran the Mental Health Department at the College of Medicine in Blantyre, Malawi and likes to stay a little in the background.
